Important information about how your club is run is provided at this meeting and it is the only opportunity for members to voice their opinions on key issues. With this in mind, please do your best to attend. Captains please help the committee by encouraging your team members to attend.

This season, there has been a change in personnel on the Club Management Committee and there is a vacancy available. If anyone wishes to stand for this post, nominations for election must be sent to Lee Durber in advance of the meeting.
