The end of 2019/20 season saw the search for a new 1st XI Captain begin and very quickly it became apparent who the squad saw as the natural leader to take them forward.

Discussions within the Squad resulted in a unanimous decision to place the captain's armband once again around the unflattering biceps of the 1st XIs longest serving player, Ollie Adams.

On acceptance of the armband Ollie felt the need to install a Vice Captain and Small Leadership Group around him to help drive the culture and organisation of a squad ready to realise its potential and return to the Midlands Premier.

Ryan McIntyre has been selected as Vice Captain, with Lloyd Morris Fletcher and Stu Stanway making up the Leadership Group, along with Coach Robbie Smith.
