I would definitely recommend it, they are a lovely group of people coaches, players and supporting family members. They are very welcoming and you can have a laugh whilst picking the sport back up.

I have played a couple of games for the ladies 3s but I must say the best bit so far is scoring a goal. It may only have been in training but it certainly took me back to playing in school.
