North Stafford Hockey Club

The Women's 3rd XI will play the 2024/2 season in Midlands Division 5 North West and will look to continue to provide opportunity for player development, enjoyment and learning. The side possesses an excellent balance with a strong nucleus of more experienced players linking effectively with some highly talented juniors at the start of their senior careers.

A Women's 3rd XI was first established in 2019 to provide more opportunities for our growing number of players in the senior, junior and Back to Hockey sections to play. The side, which initally entered the league on a friendly basis, was a roaring success and has continued to go from strength to strength since then.

Gemma Hargreaves & Marnie Butters continue as captains, whilst Annette Berg takes over as coach for this season to give further expertise and input to support the side's development.
