North Stafford Hockey Club

North Stafford Hockey Club has successfully run Back to Hockey sessions for a number of years, providing the opportunity for anyone to pick up a stick, have a go at our sport and get involved.

Back to Hockey sessions run on Monday nights, 6-7pm at Newcastle-under-Lyme School, and are aimed at adults who have never played hockey before or are returning to the sport after a long time away.

The sessions are based around fun, friendship and enjoyment. They are free of charge, hockey sticks are provided if required and act as an entry to the sport. Many players have then decided to play the sport further and progressed to playing for our Men's or Women's teams. One player from Back to Hockey has even progressed to play for our Men's 2nd team, having never played hockey before he came to Back to Hockey.

Sessions for the 2024/25 season start from Monday 2nd September and anyone is very welcome to attend.
